    Digital product

    The genZ genius report is a personalised digital product generated immediately upon payment. Because each report is uniquely created using AI based on your specific assessment responses, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

    When we will refund

    • Technical failure — if your report failed to generate or was not delivered, we will refund you in full or regenerate your report.
    • Duplicate charge — if you were charged twice for the same report, we will refund the duplicate.
    • Not as described — if the report you received is substantially different from what was promised, contact us and we will review your case.

    How to request a refund

    Email hello@genzgenius.com with your email address and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

    Processing time

    Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
